Take your favourite oval with you anywhere you go. We put you out in the field, bat in hand, delivering the slashing excitement of Twenty20 — the flare of the Champions League and colour of IPL. Play a quick over or try a full ODI.

Cricket Game uses an intuitive gesture system to defeat googlies, beamers and swing with a flick of a finger. Draw upwards to play a slashing drive, diagonal up for a daring slog, or diagonal-down for an elegant leg glance. Add the Bowling upgrade to roar into offense and take wickets as well as defend them.

New this version:

• Incredible Graphical Upgrades! We’ve remodelled the players and environment, added new animations and an umpire. Improved all game textures and added an “Advanced graphics” mode.
• User interface improvements. The entire game looks better and is easier to use.
• New shots have been added, including the Cover Drive and Square Cut.
• New deliveries added including Seam, Swing, Top-Spinners, Flippers, and Sliders.
• Character personalities have been added. Every character in every team now has their own photo, distinctive name, attributes, skills and weaknesses.
• Our new character system makes playing each of the eight different teams a truly different challenge, with has an authentic feel that is unrivalled.
• The team roster has been expanded to eight with Sri Lanka now added to the line-up.
• Game physics have been upgraded.
• The shots system has been upgraded for better feel and control.
• Fielder AI as been rewritten and upgraded. Character now behave more realistically.
• Umpire signals fours, sixes, and outs.
• Upgraded help system. The help section has been expanded and in-game help has been added to answer the most common gameplay questions.
• Added a News feature. Keep up with the latest Spinfast Cricket developments and know what’s in each upgrade and update!
• Difficulty modes have been rebalanced and a new difficulty has been added: Elite. How do you stack up against the very best in the world?

Bowling Upgrade

• Step into the shoes of a top-flight bowler. Now you can take wickets as well as defend them.
• Use a unique gesture-based bowling system that allows you to control line, length, spin (left/right/top/back) and swing, all with a single gesture!
• Our bowling system provides real-time feedback on your delivery as you make it, to give experienced players the chance to adjust their delivery on the fly.
• Choose each delivery from your bowler’s arsenal. Your bowlers present different tactics for unsettling difficult batsmen, including quicks, spinners and even a Mixed Bag.
• 19 delivery types to choose from and unlimited variation on each category through our gesture system.
• Swingers, Seamers, Cutters, Googlies, Top-spinners, Flippers, Bouncers, Yorkers and more are all at your disposal.
• Select the right field layout for each delivery, consider the skills of the batsman, your bowler, your delivery and your line and adjust your plans.
• Bowling stats have all been added to the Hall of Fame including Bowling Average, Bowling Economy and Strike Rate.

It’s almost here!

When we started work on our Cricket update we had no idea where it would take us. Of course we had features mapped out. We knew we wanted to add a bowling option. We also knew that we wanted to make each team feel a little more individual and true to life. We didn’t quite know what an odyssey we had begun.

Here are some of the new features:

• Massive graphics upgrade
• New shots including the square cut and cover drive
• New deliveries, including swing and seam
• Eight full teams of CPU opponents; each opponent has individual attributes and stats
• AI, physics and gameplay tweaks
• New Elite difficulty setting!

Bowling!
Our first paid upgrade puts the ball in your hands. Select a bowler, choose your bowl, control the delivery and set your field. All the action and tactics of wicket taking crammed into an iPhone. Once v2.0 hits iTunes, check out Bowling in our store section.

Edit: Since we’ve had a couple of questions about it: going to Cricket 2.0 is a regular, free, update for people who have the game, while Bowling will cost you a little pocket change.

Our long-awaited free update to Spinfast Cricket is getting closer by the day!

WWe’ve been starting to lift the veil a little on some of the feature of this huge new update and will continue posting additional information here and in the "Ask the Developers" forum as we get closer to launch. So far, you can see some screenshots of the new menu system and take part in a discussion on the names of our cricketers.

As part of our QA process for this huge new updte, we are creating a new Beta Team that will have early access to the game in order to help us iron out any bugs before we release. If you have a copy of Cricket, you can apply for membership here.

Do note that membership of the Beta Team is limited to existing customers that have the current version of the game, are over 18 and are prepared to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

I’m very pleased to announce that the latest update to Spinfast Baseball ’09 is now available in the iTunes App Store. Our enhancements in this version have focused on graphical improvements and I think the results speak for themselves, so please take a look at the screenshots.

We’ve also further improved our memory usage, to the extent that you should never be bothered by a memory warning screen again!
